Registration for Alumni Weekend 2019 - 29 and 30 June

Advanced registration for Alumni Weekend has now closed. We would be delighted if you could join us, so please visit us in the Alumni Lounge in the SCR and register on the day. The price on the day will be £10 per person (on Saturday), £5 per person (on Sunday) and under 16s are free.

We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the Alumni Weekend at the Imperial Festival on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 June 2019.

Enjoy everything the Imperial Festival has to offer as well as a series of specially organised activities just for alumni, their friends and family when you register for an Alumni Weekend Pass.

This year, for the first time, we are joining forces with our neighbours to introduce The Great Exhibition Road Festival. Invoking the spirit of the first Great Exhibition in 1851 and marking the bicentenary of the births of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, this is a festival weekend not to be missed!

The Alumni lounge will open from 09.30 - 17.00 on Saturday 29 June and 11.00 - 16.00 on Sunday 30 June.

Alumni Weekend at the Imperial Festival

Imperial Festival is the College’s flagship annual event celebrating the best science, engineering, entrepreneurship and creativity from Imperial. With hundreds of attractions, demonstrations, interactive exhibits, workshops and performances put on by more than 500 exhibitors from our academic and student community, make a date with discovery in 2019 at this event for all ages.

As well as giving you an exclusive alumni-only preview of the Festival, registering for Alumni Weekend will offer you a chance to escape the crowds and enjoy free tea, coffee, cakes, fruit and snacks in the Alumni Lounge (with a kids area for families), a complimentary Alumni Weekend 2019 giveaway for all adults, a drinks voucher for the Student Union, and the opportunity to book onto our exclusive programme of tours and talks for alumni.

Celebrating a decade milestone since graduating from Imperial? Make sure you drop in the Alumni Visitor Centre to grab a free glass of bubbly and a cupcake!

Registration

Tickets for the Alumni Weekend are:

- £8 for Saturday only
- £5 for Sunday only
- £10 for the whole weekend
- Children (under 16) go free

Tickets for children under 16 years of age can be added to your order at the order form stage which appears once you have selected your adult registrant tickets and gone to checkout.

Please note that advanced registration for Alumni Weekend will close at 09.00 GMT on Monday 17 June. On the day registration will be available at a higher price of £10 per adult.

Our refund policy:

For any cancellations made up to Friday 21 June 2019, a full refund will be issued. Any cancellations made after Friday 21 June cannot be refunded. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the Alumni Weekend has taken place.
